    My friends and I loooove this restaurant/lounge! You’re doing a great job – and I was so excited to see you all featured on the Fox 5 segment!!! I have been many times….but last week was the first time I had experienced the rooftop. Finally, Silver Spring has the nightlife feel of DC/NY.

    If there were any suggestion to make, they would be to ensure that the staff is always reflecting your brand. They have always been very courteous and friendly…but a few aren’t terribly skilled in the service arena. Also, it would be great if there were more servers to accommodate the rooftop area…

    Other than that, the food is delicious (just stay consistent), the music is on point, and the service it decent. The crowd is great too…a mixture of mature professionals and collegial.

    Hello Jason,
    I was at Society last night, and experience the worst service I’ve had in a long time. Not only was the server rude and disrespectful, my main dish was horrible ( it was overly salty). I got the curry shrimp. The appetizers were delicious.
    I asked the waiter to take the food back, he response was you ate out of it.
    The managers (can’t recall their names, had to resolve my issues), however, because of my experience I will not return.
    It an hour to get a glass of water.

      First of all I would like to apologize for the bad service. I have been painstakingly working on our customer service and food consistency. I would greatly appreciate you giving us another chance. Your feed back is invaluable to us because if we don’t hear things like this we will never be able to grow as a brand or a business. Please give the restaurant a call on Monday between 11am-4pm and ask for Brian Williams, so that we can give you a complimentary entree and to get feed back as to how are servers have gotten better.
